Introduction: The pancreatic cancer arises from non-invasive precursor lesions and develops through the accumulation of characteristic gene mutations. recent scientific reports based on genetic tests state that approximate time between cancerous initiation development with metastasisis15 years. We candistinguish three main precancerous leading to cancer: intraepithelial neoplasia (PanIN), mucinous cystic neoplasms (MCN), intraductal papillary (IPMN). imaging used for diagnostics observation pancreas are MR, MRC, CT EUS.
